After Disappointments, Sierra Leonean man celebrates foreign friend & partner who helped him 

I just can’t say a thank you in private and not let the world know that there are good people like you living in this world ….

Few months backs something happened that got me stressed and depressed and made me know the kinds of people I call family and friends.

I can’t believe this!

I had a 50 borehole project I was implementing for UNDP that came to a point where I was required to pre-finance to a certain stage before I will be paid my money and I never had the amount needed to forward the project.

I decided to reach out to families, friends and partners I work with to assist or partner with me to be able to finish the project.

But to my surprise!!!!

I contacted families by then….non could help!

I reached out to friends….they requested for my car in exchange of two $3000 with just a week to repay and if i failed…my car that worth $14000 will become theirs….these are friends that owns me and I have helped and sheltered personally by the grace of God but couldn’t help with a cent!!!!

I reached out to partners to help with funds in order to enable me finish my project so I could pay them back or use the funds to do projects for them here but what happened was…….one of the partner decided to help after several back and forth with questions with a condition I couldn’t believe…..

They designed an agreement that stated that i should pay 25% as INTREST at the end of every month and also do a well for them as compensation!!!!

This is what got me thinking after…..but thank you as well for at least willing to help with conditions.

I then contacted my other partner, friend and now a Brother and explained to him exactly the problem and why I needed the money $3000….

This is what he said…….

Within 3 days…..I received a western Union message of $3000 from Kevin McCroary to solve my problem but that’s not all but what he ended up saying crate a change in me till now….

THIS……

Whenever you get paid….use the money to build more wells in your country for your people this statement changed

My thinking about people and totally made me believe that family is not just about whom you come from the same womb….

Want everyone who are my friends and family to help me extend my sincere gratitude to him once again…..”
